Abstract
The d.c electrical conductivity and I-V characteristics of neodymium phosphate glasses at temperatures ranging from 300 to 573 K, was investigated . Five samples of varying compositions from 5 mol% to 25 mol% Nd2O3 are prepared. The temperature dependence of electrical conductivity is in good agreement with the small polaron mechanism.
