Abstract
Effective and efficient MIS is fountainhead of gaining competitive power for the enterprise. In the more and more competitive market, the enterprises must set up the most consummated MIS if the High-level governors of the enterprises want to develop the enterprises prosperously. Therefore, MIS of the enterprises is the premise the and foundation for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage, and it is also an important guarantee of maintaining its competitive advantage and the realization of sustainable development. Neglecting the evaluation of the MIS will cause the business economic efficiency being low and the enterprise´s sustainable development being in trouble. Otherwise, the effective MIS evaluation can help the enterprise get the sustainable development. Though introducing the content and characteristics of the MIS, this article gave us a new appraisal model to inspect the MIS of enterprises. The unascertained measurement model was used to inspect that whether or not the MIS of HANSTEEL GROUP is effective and efficient, which is useful for the enterprise to get the healthy development.
