Notice of Retraction

The smart sensor interface standard IEEE 1451 is introduced, and the conception of establishing Web-based smart sensor platform is proposed, the system structure based on the embedded Web smart sensor platform is designed, Web server realization methods of Web server in the smart sensors is discussed, and finally an application example is given.
