Abstract :
The frame of risk management system was established and risk analysis was addressed. First, the inherent risk factors in the CBM project were identified based on work breakdown structure method of project management. Then, the technical risks in implementing the CBM project were assessed with the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and the assessment results were discussed. Finally, risk response measures for risk response were suggested.
