Abstract :
Scientific and objective evaluation of waterway traffic safety plays an important role in risk prevention and control. An international advanced concept of PSR (Pressure-State-Response) model is introduced in this paper. What´s more, the waterway traffic safety risk assessment system in Guangxi area is constructed. Four regions (C, Y, O and R) are evaluated and finally a waterway traffic safety IRAC risk prevention and control system is established.
