Abstract :
This paper describes a 5th order Gm-C filter in a 0.25 μm CMOS technology. The signal path, including transconductors and Miller integrators, consists entirely of NMOS transistors for high speed operation. All poles and zeros are digitally programmable. A prototype configured for a lowpass response demonstrates a signal bandwidth of 45 MHz.
