Abstract
In recent years, there is a tremendous growth in large scale data on human proteins, their interactions, and their relations to diseases. These allow for the first time a systems-level analysis of the molecular basis of disease. Here we present two recent lines of work in this direction, aiming to uncover novel disease proteins and their underlying pathways with implications to diagnosis and therapy.
