Abstract :
Based on the uniform geometric diffraction theory method the asymptotic solutions are obtained for 3D problems of diffraction of the field radiated by a wire antenna on the thin ideally conducting screen of the rectangular form and on the finite size V- and Π - figuration corner reflectors. There are developed the algorithms and codes for calculating the optimum reflector dimensions and the optimum positions of electric half-wave dipole for producing the radiation in the main observation planes with maximum directive gain and minimum Back-to Front Ratio.
