Abstract
A novel high-performance low-voltage CMOS current mirror is proposed. The circuit is based on body-driven CMOS technology and implements gain-enhancement technique. It offers high transfer accuracy over wide current range, extremely high output impedance that makes it suitable for current output stage and ultra low input voltage requirement down to very close to 0 V. Simulation results using 0.18 μm N-well CMOS technology confirm the excellent performance of this novel current mirror.
