Abstract
Constant power algorithm (CPA) is an effective solution to reject partial-band interferences in frequency-hopping satellite communication systems. But with the increase of interference´s bandwidth, its performance will decrease. In order to overcome the shortage, this paper proposes to uses linear constraint method to constrain its weights. Moreover, difference method is also proposed to increase convergence of the constrained CPA because the target power value needs to be included in the cost function of the constrained CPA to be optimized as a parameter. Simulation results indicate the superiority of the proposed algorithm.
