Abstract :
The aim of the present paper is to address the issues of whether it is possible to designed develop by numerical simulation the electromagnetic continuous-wave THz- sources width electrically tunable frequency. These sources may well find their use, say, in the fields of applications such as the development of THz-spectroscopy, high- resolution radars, communication lines between ultrahigh- speed computers, THz-devices for detecting chemical and biological reagents.
