Abstract
The airborne radar is the Pulse Doppler (PD) radar with active phased array. In order to find a stealth target with the high speed, i.e., the lower RCS target with high maneuvering, the cognitive airborne radar scheme based on Cyber-Physical System (CPS) can be employed. The parameters of the PD radar can adapt to the detected physical states of the target, such as the position, velocity, acceleration, etc. With the proposed scheme, even the low RCS high maneuvering target can get a higher tracking accuracy. This is also applicable for the meteorological radar in the civil aircraft to detect the remote turbulence.
