Abstract :
This paper attempts to study the bifurcation phenomena of a system of parallel-connected dc/dc boost converters. In particular, it is shown that simple averaged models can be used to predict the occurrence of Hopf bifurcation in such systems. The results provide important information for the design of stable current sharing in a master-slave configuration.
