Abstract
Oscillators star-coupled by one resistor exhibit phase-shift synchronization and many different steady states exist according to their initial states. Therefore, we have suggested that these systems can be use as structural elements of neural networks and large scale memories. In such cases, to obtain appropriate phase patterns, controlling the phase patterns is an important problem. In this study, we propose Wien-bridge oscillators star-coupled by one resistor driven by a periodic pulse train. In this system, the phase pattern switching is caused by stimulation of the pulse. From the results, we suggest that pulse stimulation is one way to control the phase patterns in coupled oscillator systems.
