Abstract :
Design of 30 MHz ocxo is presented, which is with some typical features:high temperature stability (¿±5 à 10 - 8, -40°C~70°C), short warm-up time (getting into frequency difference¿±5 à 10 - 8 after 3 minutes from turning on at room temperature), small package size (20 mm à 20 mm à 13 mm), and low cost (AT-cut).
