Abstract :
A surgical simulation system using CT (computerized tomography) images is developed. The system is designed to be used for simulation of actual surgical processes in brain and plastic surgery, based on the analysis of surgeons´ operation. The main functions and features of the system as well as experimental results of its clinical use are given
