Abstract :
The CT2Plus Class 2 audio requirements specification produced under the auspices of the Radio Advisory Board of Canada (RABC) provides guidance to manufacturers on how to build quality product. The focus of this contribution is to discuss the performance of these terminals in the context of an error free radio environment. It is concluded that terminals which met these voluntary RABC standards have the potential of providing quality transmission performance when operated in an error free radio environment
