Abstract :
The proposed quadrature-modulator integrates a frequency doubler with a five-stage polyphase filter driven quadrature modulator for single-sideband transmitter applications. Application of a dual-feedback buffering amplifier produces a combination of high output power, low distortion components and power dissipation.
