Abstract :
Development of a learning management system requires a multidisciplinary approach and comparison of instructors´ adoption in different departments towards system use is one of the most important targets to be considered. The purpose of this study is to identify the salient factors related with the instructors´ adoption of learning management system and to reveal the differences between Engineering and Arts and Science and Education instructors´ intention towards the use of system. The result of this study will help researchers; in the context of whether they should consider the departmental differences or not when developing, implementing and providing continuous improvement for learning management systems.
