Abstract
In this paper we present a method to increase linearity in simple UV-programmed floating gate MOS (FGUVMOS) transconductance amplifiers. This approach applies to circuits having sinh shaped output currents. By combining multiple output stages, we are able to reduce the non-linearity considerably, given certain conditions. As a result of using two output stages slightly different, we also present a frequency tripler, resulting from the same concept of theory.
