Abstract :
• Advances in networked control system can be applied in space communication; • Space/communication awareness can be made distributive due to the physical distribution nature of satellite constellation; • Consensus based observer is critical in distributed communication awareness, and a tradeoff can be achieved among situation awareness, performance enhanced, and communication overhead.
