Abstract :
An automated measuring cell that eliminates the physical pressures created by the support of the biological substance, whether liquid or solid, has been designed. Concurrently, a mathematical model simulating the absorption and diffusion of light in biological tissues allows the comparison of the experimental and theoretical results. A quantum model that studies the evolution of each photon, in terms of probabilities, from its arrival in the specimen to its absorption by an point of the mass of tissue, is presented. The results obtained by both methods are in agreement
