Study of Coordination Management Model between Supplier and Manufacturer

This paper analyzes the coordination issues between supplier and manufacturer and explores a conceptual model for the relationship between working-together and system performance. Based on the data from a survey on suppliers and producers in China, in the producer-service sectors of logistics, import & export, science & technique, information, marketing, human resource, law, account & consultation, it is found that interaction has less influence on manufacturer´s most performances but contributes a bit to financial performance and has a significantly positive impact on cooperative effect and efficiency.
