Abstract
An off-line scheme is used to identify the parameters of a turbine system model. The continuous time dynamic equations of the turbine model are replaced by integral equations. These integral equations are then approximated using orthogonal Walsh Functions and the least-squares method is used to identify the parameters of the model. Simulation results suggest that this scheme is effective
