Abstract :
Biomedicine has rapidly become a data-rich field where novel measurement tools can easily provide >1012 data points from one patient. As a typical medical research project may consist of hundreds of individuals, high-performance computing (HPC) is crucial in transforming the data into knowledge and health benefits.
