  • Abstract
    We report negative refraction observed in simulation of a prism comprised of modified split-ring resonators, which are well-known metamaterial particles with magnetic response to incident waves. Microscopic composition of the metamaterial prism is analyzed and negative refraction is explained by effective medium theory.
