Study on Usability Evaluation of Fourth Party Logistics Platform

According to the issues of the fourth party logistics platform usability, this paper analyzes the usability factors which influenced the platform from the perspective of third party logistics member and consignable company, and the evaluation index system of fourth party logistics platform usability was determined according to the designing, analysis and correction of questionnaire. And this paper suggests use two-tuple multi-attribute group decision-making method which based on LINMAP thought to evaluate the usability of the fourth party logistics platform, to avoid the determination of ideal point and weight.
