            Abstract : 
In this paper, observers design for a class of nonlinear systems with time-varying delays is addressed. We use the Lyapunov-Krasovskii approach to deduce general conditions for asymptotic convergence of the observer. These conditions are expressed in terms of the existence of a positive definite matrix solution of a Riccati-type equation
