Abstract :
A novel rotational electromagnetic pyretogenic technology can be implemented based on the loss of electric engine. The results show that: (1) The temperature rise rapidly at the initial stage, the rate is 16.2°C;/h. The temperature rise stably at the posterior stage and the average rate is 10.8°C/h. The electromagnetic pyretogenic effect is remarkable. (2) The flow corrosion rate of copper decreases, then drives to gentle during the corrosion process. However, the flow corrosion rate of 45 steel decreases at the initial segment, then increases at the final segment. (3) The unsettled scale incrustation is compact, the shapes are cylindrical and regular. But the treated scale incrustation is incompact, the shapes are layered tablets and irregular. The number of crystal grain increases, and hard scale can not be deposited easily.
