  • Abstract
    A mathematical model is built up to calculate boiler thermal efficiency which considering both positive balance and anti-balance efficiency calculation formula. In the model, excess air coefficient, flue gas temperature and boiler output are independent variables, which are relatively easy to be measured on-line. Based on this model, an on-line monitoring system of thermal efficiency of cola-fired industrial boiler was built up, which is both technically and economically feasible.
