An approach for information sharing based on prioritized knowledge base

Ontologies play a key role in the Semantic Web by providing a source of shared and precisely defined terms that can be used in description of Web resources. The dynamic characteristics of the Semantic Web require declarative languages and mechanisms for specifying its changes, evolutions and maintenance. This paper discusses some properties of knowledge base with priority from the semantic reasoning perspective. We also propose its design architecture and implementation.
