Abstract :
The heat transfer coefficients of the direct air-cooled condenser (ACC) under various operating conditions are the most important basic parameters for the optimal operation of the steam power unit. One important factor that affects on the heat transfer coefficients is fouling resistance. The condensing temperature and the vacuum of condenser will rise as the fouling resistances of it increase. In severe case, the economics of direct air-cooled unit will be seriously influenced. According to the analysis method of thermal resistance in heat transfer theory and the structural characteristics of the air-cooled condenser, this article has analyzed the corresponding effects of the fouling resistance on the heat transfer coefficients, thus, providing the guidance for the economy and security of turbine unit.
