Capturing and implementing domain knowledge from system operators is a key aspect of the Autonomic Computing vision. This paper describes the autonomic architecture of Singlestep Unitytrade including its abilities to collect and normalize network events from multiple event sources and perform policy-based autonomic actions based on event subscriptions. Building self configuring and self-healing policies using the Unity Policyscape is explored in detail
