Abstract :
Conventional sub-millimetre wave detectors utilise waveguide probe or slot antenna to couple the signal from the sky. In this paper, we report an alternative type of planar antenna design that has high quality radiation pattern across a large operating bandwidth, compact and easy to fabricate.
