Abstract :
In this paper, reflector distortion has been introduced into simulation flow of diffracted Gaussian beam analysis method based on cubic interpolation. It is seen from the simulation results that the gain of the main lobe decreases with the increase of distortion. Also, it is observed that some side lobe level increase.
