  • Abstract
    The emergence of Packet-ONP with a centralized universal switch provides much improved efficiency, flexibility and scalability. The architectural and economic benefits of Packet-ONP are addressed to meet today´s fast-growing bandwidth requirement for carriers´ transport networks.
