Abstract :
The paper presents novel cross bow tie antenna for terahertz focal plane arrays. A hybrid approach of FEM, Geometric optics and physical optics is adopted for observing effect of dielectric lens on radiation patterns. A comparative analysis has been carried out by observing radiation patterns by HFSS, FEKO and hybrid method.
