Abstract :
The 2012 24th International Teletraffic Congress (ITC 24) will be held on 3-7 September 2012 in Krakow, Poland. Since its inception in 1955, ITC has been devised as a forum linking academia community and industry world which was striving for understanding and improving the way traffic is handled in ever evolving and emerging communication networks. In order to make this forum attractive this year´s Congress has been built around several components. The primary component is the technical program that is presented as single-track sessions spanning three days (September 4-7) that includes 24 regular papers, 3 keynote speakers, a panel, and a single student poster session. Prior to the main Congress, on September 3, there are two workshops being organized. Additionally, on September 7, four tutorials are delivered.
