Abstract
A new pulse arrival-time recording system is being developed at Los Alamos. This system utilizes the latest advances in electronics and computer technology to provide a system that has increased performance over existing instrumentation at a much lower per channel cost. We describe the design of the primary component, the PATRM/PCI (Pulse Arrival-Time Recording Module/Peripheral Component Interconnect) and its configuration in both small and large systems. We also describe the added features that promise to greatly enhance our time correlation measurements
