            Abstract : 
In this paper, we will investigate the tree growth and complete breakdown characteristics of the specimens with the polymer barrier film molded in the EVA base polymer where the EVA resin/polymer barrier film interfaces are perpendicular to an electrical field, using a needle-plane electrode configuration under ac voltage application.
