Abstract :
Raman-induced gain distortions in broadband (pump separations of 132 and 155 nm) double-pumped parametric amplifiers are theoretically and experimentally analyzed. A gain profile possessing 100 nm of 3 dB ripple and 140 nm of 4.7 dB ripple is demonstrated.
