  • Abstract
    The discontinuous single-switch three-phase power factor preregulator (PFP) operating with constant switching frequency is an attractive solution for 3Φ AC-DC rectification. In this paper a simplification in the design equation of the boost inductor is proposed, that allows a representative small-signal model to be obtained. The methodology has been validated by simulation and experimentation studies
