  • Abstract
    Broedband vector measurements are not only possible, but practical as well. The approach taken in work at Hughes Microvave Products Division vas to construct a balanced do conversion bridge vhich was capable of measuring all four S-parameters without the removal of the device under test and be compatible with the HP8410/8409 vector measurement systems using the Hughes millimeter-Wave Synthesizer.
