Abstract :
Cell phone microblog has become a new horizon of science dissemination. Its influence on the society enhances with the increase in the number of microblog users. Since the media era, the characteristics of cell phone microblog include the following: everyone is media; affair disclosure may happen in real time; every point can break out; communications are easy in each link. So, in the dissemination process, it also becomes the major place of origin and dissemination pusher of wrong information. Thus, this paper constructs an assessment system and selects the assessment method of information entropy and unascertained measurement to establish cell phone microblog public opinion monitoring index system which provides model support for the government to carry out microblog monitoring and management. This can effectively eliminate or defuse the crisis of public opinions, reach favorable science dissemination effect and improve scientific literacy of the public.
