Abstract :
The KPI theory in hull subsection production information management system software is very suitable. At present, enterprises make use of the hull section information management system software to focus only on progress monitoring; it is deficient in crisis early warning. The paper will design a hull subsection production crisis early warning management information system based on KPI, Expanding the hull subsection production information management system functions, making the early-warning mechanism more perfect, and thus it is more timely and effective for managers to take preventive measures to solve the problem.
