Abstract :
To analyze the reliability of automobile braking system, the reliability module and Markov module of Relex studio 2009 are adopted in this paper. Firstly, braking system is analyzed systematically, including function, braking process, components. Then Competitive failure models are identified and reliability model is established. Failure rate of each subsystem is obtained using the reliability prediction. According to the reliability prediction results, Markov transfer model and data are presented. This indicated that the Markov result is consistent to the prediction module. This study provides instructiveness through design and operations of braking system.
