Abstract :
Titania is a 420 mm aperture KrF laser amplifier with a pumped length of 150 cm. The Titania module has been commissioned as a laser oscillator operating at full diode voltage and current. Results obtained with regard to diode performance, electron beam energy deposition and operation as a laser oscillator are presented
