            Abstract : 
In this paper, the feasibility of developing W-band helix TWTs is demonstrated and the design of a W-band helix TWT is carried out. The simulation results show that the output power of the TWT is more than 28W with the electron efficiency of 6.6% and a gain of over 39dB.
