Abstract :
We propose a slot-waveguide-based dispersion compensator with a negative dispersion of -181520 ps/nm/km. Dispersion compensation for a 320 Gb/s NRZ signal at 11-km fiber transmission has an eye-opening penalty of 4 dB.
