  • Abstract
Tracking non-stationary narrow-band signals is an important problem in many DSP problems such as speech processing. We develop a method for modeling speech signals as sinusoids and transients using our previously developed frequency-transform based notch filter. The proposed method provides an efficient spectral peaks picking algorithm and good speech signal modeling.
